We'll be running some scheduled maintenance on the Spektrix system on Thursday 15th November between 6am-8am BST / 1am-3am EST / 10pm-12.00 PST (Wednesday). This is to run some routine tests and upgrades on the database.

Within this time, there will be two or three periods when you won't be able to log into your system for a few minutes. During those periods, online bookers will see a message informing them that the system is undergoing maintenance, and our APIs will also be unavailable. All APIs will return a 503 Unavailable status code, with a Retry-After header.

After the maintenance, you may need to restart the Spektrix App service before printing tickets or taking chip and pin payments. Restarting your computer after 8am should do the trick.
