We're going to be performing some maintenance to our network infrastructure on Thursday 11 January between 6am and 8am GMT / 1am and 3 am EST / 10pm Wednesday and 12am Thursday PST.

Within this period we will need to take the system down for approximately 30 minutes, during which time you won't be able to log into your system. Your online bookers will see a message informing them that the system is undergoing maintenance, and our APIs will also be unavailable. All APIs will return a 503 Unavailable status code, with a Retry-After header.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Payments Processing (Opayo (formerly SagePay), Worldpay (formerly Vantiv), Authorize.Net, Moneris, PayPal), APIs (APIs - UK and Ireland, APIs - US and Canada), and Spektrix System (UK and Ireland, US and Canada).
