We'll be running some scheduled maintenance on the Spektrix infrastructure - for UK and Ireland organisations only - on Thursday, August 22nd between 7-8am BST.

During this time there will be momentary periods when the system will be unavailable.

When the system is unavailable, your online bookers will see a message informing them that the system is undergoing maintenance. Our APIs will also be unavailable for these short periods too, and will return a 503 Unavailable status code, with a Retry-After header.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Payments Processing (SagePay, YESpay, Worldpay (formerly Vantiv), Authorize.Net, PayPal), Spektrix System (Spektrix System - UK/IE), and APIs (APIs - UK/IE).
