This is a change to the previously posted maintenance message for UK and Ireland organisations that was scheduled for overnight Monday into Tuesday.
This maintenance will now be shorter (for a maximum of 2 hours) but for ALL Spektrix systems in the UK and Ireland, as well as US and Canadian systems.
We're sorry for the short notice on this change. We'll be contacting UK / IE clients separately about the rescheduled longer maintenance period in the coming days / weeks.
We'll be running some maintenance on the Spektrix infrastructure on Tuesday 23 July between 6am-8am BST / 1am-3am EST / 10pm Monday - 12am PST.
For some periods during this time, the system will be unavailable.
When the system is unavailable, your online bookers will see a message informing them that the system is undergoing maintenance. Our APIs will also be unavailable and will return a 503 Unavailable status code, with a Retry-After header.
Scheduled Reports and Customer Lists will be paused and queued during this period and will resume once the maintenance is complete.
If we contacted you separately last week about maintenance on Thursday 18 July (this morning), then you won't be affected by this maintenance period on Tuesday.
