We are seeing that system speeds are now back up to normal. We will continue to monitor this for some time and will report back once we're happy everything is fully resolved.

We're aware that some of you are experiencing intermittent system slowness and error screens starting around 10:45 am GMT / 06:45 am EDT. We have already identified the cause of this issue and are taking steps to mitigate this. We'll keep you updated as we progress.
