From approximately 13:00 BST / 08:00 EST, customers using Safari were seeing a "Maintenance" error when trying to book tickets online.

In June, we released a solution for the "Redirections" issue referenced in this article. This solution temporarily stopped working today.
We worked to identify the issue and the "bounce" referenced in the article was fixed and back in place by 14:05 BST. At this time, system speeds dropped below normal for a few minutes before the system returned to normal shortly after.
