We'll be running scheduled maintenance on the Spektrix infrastructure - for UK and Ireland organisations only - on Wednesday 7 August between 00:00-08:00 BST.
If we contacted you separately in July about maintenance on Thursday 18 July, then you won't be affected by this maintenance period.
During this time, the system will be unavailable for all other UK and Ireland clients.
When the system is unavailable, your online bookers will see a message informing them that the system is undergoing maintenance. Our APIs will also be unavailable and will return a 503 Unavailable status code, with a Retry-After header.
Scheduled Reports and Customer Lists will be paused and queued during this period and will resume once the maintenance is complete.
