We appreciate your patience whilst we continue to investigate and understand the intermittent errors and slowness that you're seeing in the configuration of Spektrix Link. These errors are purely within the Admin console of Spektrix Link, so won't be seen by your customers when using Digital Passes or subsites.

We’re aware and are actively investigating some slowness and intermittent errors you are experiencing within the console configuration of your Spektrix Link. This is happening when adding users, editing subsite configurations and Digital Pass templates. If you do get an error, please do try the request again.
These errors will not be seen by your customers when using your subsites and they will be able to browse and checkout as expected.
