Print at Home/E-ticket email delivery failure

We’ve identified an issue where Print at Home/E-ticket emails were not delivered to customers today from roughly the hours of 15:30-19:30 BST (10:30a-2:30p EST). No other system emails were affected.

If your customers ordered tickets with Print at Home/E-ticket delivery in that time period, they won't have received the email containing their tickets. Customers are able to access their tickets at any time by logging in to their account online and viewing the “Print at Home” or “E-tickets” tab on their My Account page. If you would prefer to re-send the tickets to your customers directly, you can do so by navigating to their customer record in the Sales interface in Spektrix. From the customer record, under Orders > Print at home items, you can use the Send Email button to resend their available tickets.
