We'll be running some scheduled testing on the Spektrix system on Thursday 21st June between 6am - 8am BST / 1am - 3am EST / 10pm-12.00 PST.

Within this period we will need to take the system offline for a couple of minutes, during which time you won't be able to log into your system. Your online bookers will see a message informing them that the system is undergoing maintenance, and our APIs will also be unavailable.

All APIs will return a 503 Unavailable status code, with a Retry-After header.

We'll update on here if there are any problems.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Payments Processing (Opayo (formerly SagePay), Worldpay (formerly Vantiv), Authorize.Net, Moneris, PayPal), APIs (APIs - UK and Ireland, APIs - US and Canada), and Spektrix System (UK and Ireland, US and Canada).
